Due to health and safety we are unable to offer returns or refunds on opened products. Unopened products must be returned within 28 days of purchase, postage costs must be covered by the customer for unwanted returns. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. If you’ve placed an order and just have had a change of heart, please contact our customer services team by email email@example.com and we may be able to refund you before the item is sent. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing for a full refund.
